Bantu is holder of an LLB Degree and a holder of LLM degree in Economic Law from St. Augustine University of Tanzania. He is also an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. He formally worked at South Law Chambers as a legal officer and Chamber Administrator, later on as a senior Associate at Eagle Law Chambers Advocates.

Bantu, has wide experience in immigration law, Employment and Labour Relations, Legal research, Court litigation and Administration, patent and regulatory affairs. He has also acquired vast experience in Cooperative Societies laws and related matters.
